A family-run lodge directly opposite the Kanyakumari National Flag Circle — two minutes from the sunrise point, the Vivekananda Rock ferry and the Thiruvalluvar statue. A/C and Non-A/C rooms, a conference hall for small gatherings, car parking, and someone at the desk all twenty-four hours of the day. New in 2024 — the walls are fresh, the teak is hand-carved, and the welcome is the oldest thing in the house.

The red signboard with ஸ்ரீ கிருஷ்ணா கிராண்ட் in Tamil and the child Krishna watching over the doorway — that is the first thing you see when the auto pulls up. The steps, the potted plants along the front, and the same family at the desk since we opened in 2024.

Two beds with hand-carved teak frames, warm cove lighting above the headboards, and a small brass tea service we set out on the side table before you walk in. The folded white towel with a sprig of lavender is our way of saying welcome — we do it for every guest, every check-in.

Almost everything a first-time visitor wants to see in Kanyakumari is within a ten-minute walk of the lodge. Here is the order most of our regulars do it in.
